Introduction
The ton bag unloading machine (also known as Jumbo bag unloading station or large bag unloading machine) is a specialized equipment designed for the efficient, dust-free and safe unloading of powder/particle materials in flexible ton bags (PP woven bags) weighing 500 - 2000 kg. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, building materials, food, pharmaceuticals, and new energy.
Key Constructure
- Rack and load-bearing hanger: Carbon steel / stainless steel, capable of supporting totes and equipped with an electric hoist (0.5 – 2t) for lifting and movement.
- Bag sealing device: Pneumatic / mechanical clamping, sealing the bag opening to prevent dust leakage.
- Unpacking mechanism: - Unbagging type: Manual rope release or pneumatic rope cutting (bags can be recycled).
- Bag cutting type: Automatic blade cuts the bottom of the bag (bags cannot be recycled).
- Hopper and agitator: Conical hopper + vibrator / tapping device, preventing material bridging and agglomeration.
- Dust removal system: Bag / cyclone dust collector, negative pressure sealed, dust does not leak out.(for option)
- Conveying interface: Can be equipped with pipe chain, screw, or pneumatic conveying to the next process.
- Electrical control system: PLC + touch screen, supporting manual/automatic, remote monitoring, emergency stop or Manual button for option
Working Principle
Core logic: Lifting → Sealing → Unpacking → Gravity Discharge → Assisting Flow → Dust Removal → Transportation.
1. Loading positioning: The forklift transports the ton bags to the workstation, and the electric hoist hooks the straps, lifting them above the hopper and suspending them.
2. Sealing bag closure: The bag opening is pulled into the bag closure device, and the air pressure clamps seal it; manually release the binding rope (for cutting bag type, start the cutting knife).
3. Unpacking and discharging: - Unpacking type: Slowly release the bag closure, and the material falls due to gravity.
- Cutting bag type: The blade cuts the bottom of the bag, and the material quickly falls into the hopper.
4. Assisting flow and preventing blockage: The vibration device and the tapping device operate intermittently to break up bridging and agglomeration, ensuring smooth material flow.
5. Dust treatment: The entire process is under negative pressure sealing, and the dust is collected by the dust collector, and clean air is discharged.
6. Material transportation: The material in the hopper is transported by the conveyor to the storage bin or production line; empty bags are collected and processed.
