ELE Butterfly high speed disperser with scraper is a compound equipment of high speed dispersion and low speed butterfly stirring. Driven by the high speed of the motor, the dispersion disk produces high speed of rotation. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, it produces strong hydraulic shearing and high frequency mechanical effect, making the fluid material bear tens of thousands of times of shearing and high frequency mechanical effect every minute. Butterfly stirring is more effective to ensure the flow of materials around the container. Low speed frame stirring is driven by 3KW motor and matched with high speed dispersion to achieve a more uniform mixing and dispersion effect.
